Sent in my non working 10.1 pendent. Next Wave determined it to be unrepairable. However, they said it was a component failure from an outside supplier and they are replacing the pendant for FREE! Great service Next Wave. Thanks! Can't wait to get it and start using it again (the small LCD pendant really slows my work flow). Also want to say, when ever I have had a problem with my HD510, Nextwave customer service has always been great.
Absolutely LOVE this. A great improvement over the small LCD pendant. Many more features. Especially like the on board storage. Better control of the tool paths. Only gave it three Stars as it failed one month after waranty expired and had to send it in for repairs. Now I'm back with the LCD pendant until repairs are made. Should last longer than 13 months
